No. Meridian doesn't require sign-up. Select your pair in the widget, enter an amount, and you'll get a deposit address for that specific transaction.
The exchange widget on this site is provided by QuickEx, our processing partner. Meridian presents the interface, but rate quotation, matching, and settlement all happen on QuickEx's infrastructure — see our About page for detail.
No. Funds you send go directly to a transaction-specific address controlled by the processing partner, and the converted asset is sent from there straight to the destination address you provide. Meridian is never in the custody chain.
Usually not for smaller transactions. Our processing partner applies its own risk-based thresholds and may request verification directly within the widget for certain transactions. See our AML/KYC Policy for detail.
Most swaps settle in under a couple of minutes once your deposit reaches the required network confirmations. Timing depends on network congestion and is outside Meridian's control.
Blockchain transactions can't be reversed, so double-check the asset, network, and amount before sending. If you've already made an error, contact QuickEx support directly at quickex.io/support with your transaction ID as soon as possible — they hold the actual transaction records, not NorthBridge.
No. NorthBridge doesn't operate a support inbox or hold any transaction data, since it's a front-end only. Every swap is executed by QuickEx, so they're the ones equipped to look up a transaction, resolve an issue, or answer account-specific questions.
It depends on whether the transaction is fixed-rate or floating-rate, a setting controlled within the widget. Floating rates can shift slightly between quote and settlement due to market movement; fixed rates lock the amount at the time of quote, typically for a short window. See Fees.
The rate shown in the widget already reflects the processing partner's network and service fees. Meridian does not add an additional markup on top.
Yes — we may earn a referral commission from the processing partner on completed transactions initiated through this site. This doesn't change the rate you're quoted. We disclose it here for transparency.
This is usually a temporary connectivity or browser issue. Try refreshing, disabling browser extensions that block third-party frames, or trying a different network. Since the widget itself is served by QuickEx, persistent loading issues are best reported to quickex.io/support.
